Each and every day we are bombarded with a “new and improved” way to trim the fat and get lean. Charles “Pierre” Parker has been there and done that, but he ended up in a different place than many people because he learned something few will ever experience! He calls it “inside and out training”! To Pierre , that means making life-changes to exercise the body and the soul.
Pierre is a full-time and focused ACE Certified Personal Trainer. He runs his own business, Oasis Specialized Private Fitness, Inc., and it is the only Private Fitness Gym in Baltimore , Maryland . When he is not doing a physical training session, you will find him exercising his mind! Pierre often travels the nation as a motivational speaker working with kids and adults to learn how to train the mind, body and soul. He believes it is his mission to tell the truth about health and fitness. By using real-life experiences to relate to his message, he educates and challenges men, women and children to find success.
Pierre has won dozens of body building competitions and is considered to be an expert in the field of health and fitness. In 1991 he won First Place in the US Navel Academy Championship and most recently in 1999 he won Second Place in the Maryland State Body Building Championship and Fourth Place in the United States Junior National Body Building Championship.
His fitness career began ten years ago. During that time he has spent countless hours working with kids. Serving as a strong role model is not a challenge he takes lightly – in fact, Pierre considers it an honor to speak with kids about fitness and making life changes.
Pierre graduated from the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland in Television Production. He worked behind the camera at WMAR TV2 for several years and, at the same time, fine tuned his natural talent for song writing and performance. His career path led him center stage with numerous bands in and around the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area. Today he spends most of his time working with people to achieve their fitness goals. He also teaches seminars and lectures to groups about his fitness philosophy.
